  25. Basically, UPS's left hand doesn't trust what it's right hand is doing so they
  26. charge each other fees and pass it on to you. :)

  30. Old news son. :)  I bought a $40 US modem from the states and UPS charged me 
  31. $25 CDN is brokerage fees, GST was $5 CDN.
